The seed of inspiration for this work was sawn in my mind while watching the movie "Snow White and The Huntsman". It is a beautifully picturised movie. Charlize Theron looked so beautiful and mesmerizing in her royal attire, that I had this sudden uncontrollable urge to put it on canvas. A true enchantress in body and spirit.

"My Wedding Invite"

Having been associated with animation all my life, it was my dream to create a small animation movie out of my wedding invite. And this is it!

I've always found a striking similarity between birds and humans.. in that they flock together like we do....Hence, quite naturally, I rounded in on them as the lead characters for the story. My wedding announcement has received a range of responses from people and I've tried my best to showcase it through the little birdies :)

Orchid Queen
This pretty damsel with a flowery hairstyle was an inspiration I had while sketching a flower for a project I was on. I had to do quite a bit of browsing for lighting up this sketch the way it has been done and also to perfect, for which I looked up the works of many wonderful artists.
